1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a taxi through Goan Taxi (goataxi.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
Prices quoted are inclusive of fuel and driver charges
Toll taxes, parking fees, and state permits are included for outstation trips
Payment can be made via Cash, UPI, or Bank Transfer
Full payment is due upon completion of the trip
For outstation trips, advance booking is recommended

3. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup time
Cancellation within 2 hours may incur a cancellation fee
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount
For outstation trips, cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance

4. Service Terms

Passengers must provide accurate pickup and drop locations
Maximum waiting time at pickup is 15 minutes for local, 30 minutes for airport
Smoking and consumption of alcohol in the vehicle is prohibited
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings
Child seats can be arranged upon request with advance notice
Pets are allowed with prior intimation

5. Liability

Goan Taxi shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all vehicles and passengers during the journey.

6. Airport Transfers

We track all flights for airport pickups
Free waiting time of 45 minutes for domestic and 60 minutes for international flights
Additional waiting charges apply beyond the free waiting period
Meet & greet service available at the arrival terminal
